As part of the implementation of this project, E-venti Kazakhstan LLP is implementing the contract for the provision of services for the development and implementation of the Project information campaign.

The scope of services of this Consultant consists of three successive stages, each of which is aimed at raising the level of awareness of SMEs and stakeholders on the progress in implementing measures of non-financial support for SMEs, implemented by the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the support of the World Bank.

The first stage involves the work on forming a portrait of the target audience of the project, as well as the development and approval of an information campaign strategy and an action plan for its implementation with a deadline of implementation until December 25, 2018

On February 27, 2018, the Customer, represented by the Project Implementation Unit, adopted the first interim report, which included a methodology for analyzing target audiences, which describes approaches and methods for analyzing the portrait of SMEs that are potentially involved in project implementation.  Within the framework of the Information Strategy and implementation plan, for each specific audience, the Consultant developed and presented information channels of interaction.

In addition to the basic requirements of the technical specifications of the contract, the consultant developed a brand book for the project, which added the identity of all implemented channels of interaction with a potential audience.

After the approval of the action plan for the implementation of the information campaign of the project, the consultant successfully completed the implementation of the second stage of the campaign, which included active actions aimed at raising the awareness of stakeholders about the start of the project.  Work in this direction included the organization of SMM project support in social networks and on television.  Analytical programs were prepared and launched on the air with the participation of national experts, who raised urgent issues of support for SMEs.
